A 51-year-old mother of three had saline implants placed in 2003 but wanted a smaller size and to address fullness in her lateral bra roll and flanks. She also felt her breasts were sagging and couldn't comfortably wear button-up blouses. The plan was to switch to smaller silicone gel implants with less projection and perform BodyTite, SAFE lipo, and MorpheusBody on her lateral bra roll and flanks.
During surgery, she was found to have 375cc overfilled implants, which weighed 450g. These were replaced with 320cc and 350cc Moderate Profile Sientra implants. I raised the IMF crease that had stretched over time and supported the implants with absorbable mesh. Skin tightening with BodyTite, Morpheus, and SAFE lipo was done on the sides.
Nine months later, she's thrilled with the results. Her breasts feel softer and look more natural. She now fits better in her clothes, especially button-up blouses.
