45yo mother of 3 had breast augmentation in 2000 with 350cc silicone subglandular implants. After each pregnancy, she breast fed for 10 months. She had developed a bilateral contracture and the implants were very high. The breast had drooped over time and she wanted smaller implants and a lift. She had a capsulectomy and breast lift (mastopexy) and the implants were placed behind the muscle and downsized to a 285cc Sientra Moderate Profile implant.
