51-year-old mother of three had saline implants placed in 2003. She wanted to be smaller and wanted to discuss body contouring to decrease the fullness in her lateral bra roll and flanks. She felt like her breasts were sagging and she could not wear blouses that buttoned in the front. The plan was to change her to smaller silicone gel implants with less projection (less roundness) and to do BodyTite, SAFE lipo and MorpheusBody to the lateral bra roll and flank area.

 She was found to have 375cc implants that were overfilled and weighed 450gm. I replaced them with a 320 and 350cc Moderate Profile Sientra implant. I raised the IMF crease that had stretched over time and supported the implant internally with an absorbable mesh. Skin tightening with BodyTite and Morpheus was done laterally along with SAFE lipo.

 She is now 9 months out and is very pleased. She feels like she has a much more natural look and her breasts feel much softer. Because she is now a more proportionate size, she is able to wear blouses that button in the front.
